Re: Recent Info on Baltimore / Magothy River?

We are thinking of going to Baltimore next week. Active Captain is so-so regarding anchorages. Does anyone have local knowledge? We draw 5'.

Re: Recent Info on Baltimore / Magothy River?

You'll be totally fine in the anchorage just past Anchorage Marina, before Capt James and the water taxi stop at the end.

Line your bow up right in the middle, equally between the end of the outer marina pier and the end of the condo pier. 7/1 scope at that spot. Plenty of depth and you'll almost certainly be the only one there. My slip looks out on it so I have a good sense of use.
