Marina berth in Tortola

I need a marina berth or a mooring in tortola for the 25th, 26th and the 27th December as I want to leave the boat and go to St Thomas to pick up my Australian Family from the airport. Im told its too much trouble to get my Australian boat into St Thomas, apparently I need more than my ESTA visa is this true?

I know its high high season, but any suggestions on a berth or mooring in tortola please?

Merry Christmas Geoff..
