Headed to Key West from Ft Myers
Our Route is Estero to Everglades Rod and Gun to Marathon Key to Key West. Maybe a stop at Flamingo between Everglades and Marathon.
I have been told stories about Everglades and Flamingo. I don't want to be jaded by done negative yarns, so, I am looking for opinions.
I am also looking for good anchorages near these areas, just in case.
My Garmin Active Captain shows a few.
Our boat is a Hunter 336 with a 4.5 draft and my crew doesn't want to sail at night.
