As a delivery guy, I carry Navionics on my iPad. It gets updated before every job.

Navionics is great, but was hoping for non-electronic recommendation.

Might be wrong but I think there is an Explorer Chartbook for the T&C. My experience with them is that they are generally very accurate.

The Explorer Charts Far Bahamas book covers the T & I, if I remember correctly. And, the old G2 Garmin electronic charts do as well.
