Which Weather Reports for Cross Atlantic Sailing?

Which method do most cruisers use to obtain weather reports and sea conditions when crossing the Atlantic from West to East?

I know of;

- weather fax
- internet grib reports
- listening and talking with one of the weather experts via the ham bands.

Which do you use?

Which is the most reliable for obtaining a report?

Thanks.
