Video of tornadic wind hitting beach

This is a link to a short video showing a whirlwind or a brief a tornadic wind coming from ocean to beach. Think waterspout or tornado like wind coming from water to land. . The small diameter but intense and high speed wind force is impressive.

The scene appears to be Good visibility (clear sky?) it does not seem to be raining or stomy weather.

It made me think of the movie "White Squall."

Anyone have a good description of this type of weather phenomena?

I reckon that's what we would call a "willy willy" down here or a "dust devil" most anywhere else, only it's over the water (and not down here!)

Not sure how it would form over the water though. Perhaps it formed over land and then ran out over the water.
