52' Concordia Sloop 1989 "Cavu"


Designed by Sparkman & Stephens and built by Concordia Custom Yachts, Cavu is sloop rigged with in-mast furling and optional cutter rig. The design features a very nice center cockpit allowing for a generous owners stateroom aft. Highlights include: Cruisaire Air Conditioning new 2012, bottom painted 2012, lift motor for dinghy crane 2011, mast inspected and re-stepped 2011, and Navtec backstay adjuster refurbished 2011. 45' Adams Pilothouse Cutter "Crazy Goose"


Crazy Goose was designed for the yachtsman interested in circumnavigation with the ultimate safety of a steel hull and solid dodger for protection from the sun and elements. She is a very well thought-out yacht, the perfect size for the serious cruising couple, with a comfortable cockpit and large pilot house with chart table. She has a fuel filter system that cleans the fuel as it is transferred into the day tank, and a fridge/freezer system with ample stowage for long passages.
