Re: February CF Giveaway - Win a Mantus Anchor!

It is a sweet offer. I can't help asking, why does the 35# anchor weigh 38#s, and does the height of four inches mean, excluding the hoop?

Re: February CF Giveaway - Win a Mantus Anchor!

A nice new anchor would be nice... and new.

theres no size chart that I can see on the Mantus website so its a bit difficult to tell.... but I think its the 45Lbs

45 lbs Galvanized Steel Mantus Anchor -

But I may go for the bigger one 65lbs... If I win that is.

Re: February CF Giveaway - Win a Mantus Anchor!

Has it gotta be an anchor? I got 3 of them... but a bridle (http://mantusanchors.com/purchase-online/} (oops... they ain't yet ready...) would be best for us!

I think this would work:
85 lbs Galvanized Steel Mantus Anchor -
Maybe the 105# would be better.
Cheers

Hoowee, that stainless one sure is purty, but if I "won" I'd have to go for function over fancy. 85 lbs Galvanized Steel Mantus Anchor -

Very nice gear on that page! Here's what I want: the 85lb galvinized! (Well, I'd really like the stainless, but can't afford the difference!

Re: February CF Giveaway - Win a Mantus Anchor!

If I were in the market for a new anchor Mantus would definitely be considered, That being said I don't know if they are available in NewZealand.
