Xantrex xm1800 Shows Error Code

Just finished installing a new Xantrex xm1800 inverter with hardwire AC. The install was straight forward with no problems but upon powering the inverter up the inverter remote shows error code 02 which means the batteries are not providing enough voltage. My Link 20 shows 13.25 volts. The inverter remote shows 12.0. Most importantly, the inverter does not provide any AC power. Any ideas?
