Wind Gen tower bushings

I have a Air Marine 400 wind generator from SW windpower. It is mounted on one of their marine towers. They claim to be an all SS mounting system except the bushings are lined with mild steel liners which have rusted and destroyed the rubber bushings. I have tried emailing and calling SW windpoer to purchase more bushings but the email bounced and I got a VM system. I left a message but have received no call back.

I have spent hours on the internet trying to source these bushings but the sizes are very hard to find. Mcmaster was close but not all the dimensions are the same and would not work in this application.

Any help finding the source that SW windpower used for these bushings would be great. Or if you have come up with an alternative.

Thanks

Re: Wind Gen tower bushings

Update: Still no response from SW Windpower. I would be very careful doing any business with them at this point.

After many days of searching on the internet I believe I have found the exact replacement for these bushings. The are part number 60166 from Tech Products out of Ohio. Their website is Vibration Isolators and Shock Mounts.

http://www.novibes.com/documents/fil...20-%202010.pdf

They come in different stiffnesses. I purchased a few different models and believe the 60166-3 are the correct ones. You have to purchase a minimum of 4 sets which provides you with a spare set and they are priced about $12 a set. This price is probably 1/4 of what SW windpower sells them for if you manage to get them to respond to you.

I saw yesterday that they sold that part of the business. Sorry but I can't remember who bought it.

Primus bought the turbines but not the towers and related accessories.
