Victron Vs Mastervolt

I think that I'm stuck between these two Isolation Transformers.
I have put some of the differences between the two together in the attachment, most of which I don't have the experience or expertise to make judgment about.
I was hoping that the group could help me place a value or importance factor on these differences. Their is quite the difference in the year for which the conformity is for. I also wonder if there is much difference in the EMC - Emission. One conforms to 1992 and one to 2000. Did it get a lot more stringent in 8 years?

It certainly looks like the Victron is the newer design as it conforms to more recent standards, such as safety and emissions (that you already mentioned). The European emissions standards are quite stringent.

My preference would be for the Victron. That is based on the standards as well as other reports that I have read on this forum.
