Victron MPPT controller

Some advice from the solar gurus please. I have a Victron Blue Solar 100/50 with a bank of 3 x 150W panels connected in series (cable constraints). Very happy with this just want to add more solar. I am now looking to add 2 x 125W flexible panels on my Bimini. This would take the 50A controller to its maximum capacity. If I was to wire the new bank of 2 in parallel and add that in my limited knowledge tells me I may just be causing a problem, either for the MPPT software or for the panel circuitry. Should I keep it simple and just add another controller? The pic shows the panel set-up with the 2 wing panels folded down (each on separate small Victron MPPT controller) the Bimini panels will take me to 900W which is.....enough.Click image for larger version

Re: Victron MPPT controller

There is only a single input on that controller, so the panels would have to be the same voltage if you are wiring in parallel. Also shading will be different for the Bimini panels vs those in the arch. I suggest getting a separate controller for the two new panels.
