I think Lifeline batteries like to float at 13.3 volts, prior to any temperature correction. I have your battery/controller setup, and used the app to set my float to the lower voltage.

Yup, you were right. The default, was close, but was a little high. I used the app and changed both controllers as well.

I would go with this. I had a blown fuse on one of my controllers, there was no real indication of it in the display/app, the controller just seemed to act strange, showing weird voltages, and never any current.
