While investigating a BMV 600s from Victron (turned out to bad right out of the box), I discovered that one of two BlueSeas ACRs was also bad. Both failures odd and unexpected, but after very short conversations with both companies, they didn't just agree to replace them, they wanted to replace them. Both were very sincere in apologizing and very clear in wanting the defective units back for testing. The guy from BlueSeas said "Please get that unit back to us as soon as you receive the replacement so we can find what went wrong".
Gotta love good customer service
