That is a really long warranty to offer on new technology. Do you see other power systems with longer warranties, other than a simple hard solar panel? LiPo or Firefly batteries are nowhere near that long. I can't imagine they'd get a ton more early customers if it was 12 or 15 years.

2%/month is unreal. Better than FLA.

So I guess I was wrong about that marinco technician.

I thought caps were just 2 metal plates holding opposing charges.

That is the most basic kind of cap but even in standard electronics circuits there's lots more types.

This is what I thought initially but have since learned that supercaps actually use a porous conductor in a conductive electrolyte which is why they can store a ton more charge than plates alone.
