Anyone have a good source for Sunpower panels in the US, that they can recommend?

Thanks!

Re: Source for Sunpower Panels in the US?

Sunpower tends to sell only through dealers and they are doing large scale land installations - think by the pallet. You may find a dealer who has some left over panels from an order. There are many suppliers of panels that are made with Sunpower cells. So if what you want is the higher efficiency, then these are easily obtainable in both flex and rigid panels. You can get low cost ones off of Aliexpress from many different suppliers, or buy the higher end ones directly from US sources. I believe the Solbien panels are Sunpower cells and available in the US.

I am aware they are difficult to obtain, hence the request for the recommendation.

I gave a few authorized installers a call and unfortunately they will not do an order of 4 or 5.

Unfortunately the panels made with Sunpower cells are so much smaller. I was planning to put 5 Sunpower panels on an arch. To do the equivalent with Solara panels, it would be 11-12 Solara panels.

Thanks!
My pest control guy just had his whole house rigged with solar. He's coming in tomorrow so I'll ask him who he used. Maybe he has a good relationship with him and can make a call. I'm looking for prolly 5 of the 345 watters myself.

I'll post an update.
