Solar Powered Battery Charger . . . Which Is the Best One ?

I have two marine batteries. One house the other start and wondered if anyone had any experience with the best, lowest cost solar powered battery charger. I guess it would be some sort of trickle charger that has a built in regulator...not sure... any suggestions?

"lowest cost solar powered battery charger."
That would be a simple plain unregulated solar panel. Which is just fine, as long as the maximum output from the panel is sized to be something less than 10% of the batteries capacity. Preferably well less. Match the capacities and there's no need for regulation.

Mine just go straight into the batteries.

I have BZ M25 that's really nice. It has a remote faceplate that shows the array amperage or the battery voltage (and even if looking at amperage it has LEDs showing the voltage). It will "smart charge" a primary bank (your house) and trickle charge something else (starter). Really solid little unit.
