Solar panel help
I am looking at 2 solar panel kits on ebay UK as follows

Sundely 20w MONO 580mm x 440mm £34

Sundely 30w MONO 550mm x 450mm £54

I cannot help noticing they are about the same size but considerably different wattage.

Please can someone tell me what I am not understanding.
