Cool thanks! No don't have a mil, but do have a drill press and a tablesaw. I had made something similar to that in the past for another project I had been playing with. Don't no why it didn't pop into my head.

Fair leads are installed! The fair leads are polished stainless tubes hiding under the blue tape. They are at the corners. The extend line routes on the outside of the frame and has a 90* then a 180* bend then attached to sliding panel. The retract line is on the backside of the frame with a 90* bend thru the panel, to the inside, attached to sliding panel.

Instead of Delrin for the brackets you can also use HDPE (starboard is a trademarked type of HDPE). My local plastics store sells small remnant pieces of HDPE by the pound; for $5 I can pick up enough small pieces to make about 10 assorted brackets and rail mounts.
