Maine Sail - all load connections are on the 12 volt side. The sense wire was originally hooked incorrectly to the start bank. It is now connected to the BAT terminal in the back of the alternator so that it will "sense" whatever the alt output is connected to. In this case, the 12 volt side of the house bank. Nothing is connected to the "middle" of the two 6 volt batts.
