Pure Sine inverter

I have a mast mounted WiFi antenna powered over IP cable which seems very sensitive to the source of the 110V power supply. On the genset it runs fine. On my 3kW inverter it does not run at all and on my spare 400W inverter it runs for a while then dies requiring power cycle. Both inverters are modified sine wave. I have come to the conclusion I need a low power 12V to 110V pure sine inverter. I'm coming back to US for sons graduation in May and want to pick one up. I can't afford to have a dud so I'm looking for a good recommendation on a 200W-400W pure sine inverter.

Thanks in advance.

I have a 3000 watt Statpower Prosine true sine wave inverter that works excellent. Its powers some pretty sensitive oceanographic equipment and computers.

Here is a Xantrex (same company as Statpower) 400 watt pure sine wave: http://www.xantrex.com/web/id/8/p/1/pt/5/product.asp

Here are a few more pure sine inverters under 1000 watts.

I don't have a specific recommendation but hopefully this can get you started.

You can also look into DC-DC converters that make the DC voltage you require out of the 12V or 24V battery bank. You can go from 12V up to 36V for example. Search the web for Buckboost DC-DC converters.

cheers,
Nick.

The DonRowe site has some items at great price points. I think I'll take a chance. Many thanks.
