Pronautic- dilemma

Just turned on my promariner 1250p and it powered up, self tested ok, then started pulsing. Power on, power off, power on power off etc.
Just prior to that, after self test, current was climbing but voltage zero.
Last used a couple of weeks ago for an equalize.
Worked perfectly. I did have to interrupt the equalize to disconnect a sealed battery and reboot. Then I turned it off before end of equalize cycle as it had already done a half cycle.
Any ideas?

Re: Pronautic- dilemma

Could not having a ferrite on the AC input cause this?
It sounds like a faulty relay. ie clickling every time it flashes.
