Power Options Wind Genie 400w

I am looking at power generation options and Ebay has a 400w wind genie


WIND TURBINE GENERATOR KIT 400W MAX 12/24V OPTION NEW (eBay item 180592542976 end time 25-Jan-11 18:53:16 AEDST) : Industrial

Anyone had any experience with these will it be useful ????

I have no experience with these, but it seems to be made in China, and the pictures in the installation manual bear no resemblence to the pictures in the ebay ad.

I don't have any experience with this model but it appears the wind generation is an "also ran" in their product line. I'd be very cautious. The company web site is all about infrared heating devices and doesn't even mention wind generators in their list of products.
