Pocket cruiser - AC Shore Power Upgrade - ELCI/RCD/GFCI

Hello all,
I have a 1990 Beneteau First 235 that is factory wired with a DC fuse panel. The previous owner installed a 30amp, 120VAC Marinco Shore Power input but wired it direct to a power strip in the cabin which is obviously not how it should be done. I haven't used the shore power however this year I will have power available at my dock and am upgrading the AC system so I can use it. I have purchased and will be installing a Paneltronics 9972313B AC breaker panel which includes a main 30 amp double pole breaker with reverse polarity trip and 3 x 15 amp breakers. I will be using one of the 15 amp breakers to install a GFCI outlet that will only be used for my on-board battery charger (Guest Charge Pro) and I will use another 15 amp breaker for a GFCI outlet installed in the cabin. So all of the AC devices will be plugged into GFCI outlets. Because of this I don't see any benefit of adding an ELCI or RCD as this current leakage protection is covered by the GFCI. This is my first marine electrical project so I'd love feedback to validate this. Thanks!

I would run a couple more outlets off a single 15a breaker while youve got things apart. Might want to add some USB/outlet combos while you're at it as a lot of items use usb to charge these days and its one less plug to forget.

The elci would protect against wiring problems in the boat wire or the ac panel. The gfis only protect if the issues is after the outlets. (The device plugged in)

Also it is abyc code in North America to have one now. And likly code to have rcd in Europe.

ABYC regulation E–13.3.5 states:
If installed in a head, galley, machinery space, or on a weather deck, the receptacle shall be protected by a Type A (nominal 5 milliamperes) Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI).
ABYC regulation E–11.11.1 states:
An Equipment Leakage Circuit Interrupter (ELCI) shall be installed with or in addition to the main shore power disconnect circuit breaker(s) or at the additional overcurrent protection as required by E–11.10.2.8.3 whichever is closer to the shore power connection.
