Opinions of ARI Wind Generators?

In my research on wind generators, I came across these folks, in Manassas VA:

There is an ebay seller that claims to have a marinized version, but I see no mention about this on the website. It includes a charge controller that also has inputs for Solar, this interests me.

Anybody see one of these or have any comments? I have a call into them, waiting for a call back, so I can ask questions.
