North Lights Generator Issue

My Northern Lights M753k with 891 hours recently developed a reverse polarity issue on all AC circuits. 50 amp shore power is correct, so it must be related to the Genset. Any suggestions to troubleshoot the problem before I call an electrician.

What is the set up for your NL? 120v 60Hz or 240v 50Hz?

When was the last time NL were performing normal ? When did you noticed the difference? What was done during that period?
