New wiring question

Dear all, not sure if I'm posting this in the right place on the forum so apologies in advance if it should have been elsewhere.
Could anyone recommend a good place/marine electrician for rewiring a 25 yo aluminium french built passoa 47'?
Location: Brittany or SW England
If you have any leads and pros & cons on the two areas, pricing, quality if work, time frames etc it'd be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance and sweet sailing everyone!
