New Battery Monitor

I saw this at the Düsseldorf boat show. The display is very impressive and it looks nicely constructed for a reasonable price (although note you have to add a smart shunt, or shunts).

Detail on the website is a bit sketchy. It is obviously a new product, but worth considering.

It will also monitor fluid levels and temperatures.

It would be nice to get some user feedback. Does anyone own one?

Re: New Battery Monitor

Looks cool, like you said I believe you would need a shunt for everything individually measured

Re: New Battery Monitor

And if you want to trust the SoC%, make sure it gets re-calibrated frequently.

I believe in high end integrated systems that can be automated every time the battery gets to true 100%?

Otherwise give be a klunky-looking but accurate SmartGauge.

It is pretty though, and nice to see usage broken out real time!

ideally could customize the groupings, focus on the more variable and discretionary Load groups.
