Marine Electrician in Portsmouth, Rhode Island area?

Hi,
not sure if this is in the correct department, but I can't get AC further than the main panel, the voltmeter shows 125V, but I get nothing after that, almost as if I had a hidden switch somewhere in the off-position..

So can anyone recommend a (marine) electrician in the Portsmouth area?
The boat is 63feet, 22 years old, with not so good electrics anymore...

Ideally I'd like someone honest and friendly who would do jobs on the side, and hopefully at little less fee than during normal hours...

Thanks for your help,
Erik
