Lithium Ion DC Battery vs Conventional

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience or knowledge of using lithium ion batteries as deep cycle house batteries on a cruising yacht? Would like to know the pro's and cons as I need to replace the two 300 Amp Hours batteries onboard.

We have a 24v Mastervolt system on board. I have no idea how it works but its awesome! Not sure if that helps or not
