I would suggest you replace the wing nuts on your battery posts with regular nuts.

Thanks for the responses. Will go wire by wire. Why change the wing nuts? Can they back off?

Start with the Shunt. 1st take it out completely, and clean it up with a wire brush. Once it is clean and shiny, reassemble. THEN do each connection, one at a time. The Shunt and/or it's connections is the issue most of the time. As its working with millivolts it is very susceptible to connection/corrosion/cleanliness issues. Many systems have been trashed when all that was wrong was the shunt was dodgy due to corrosion.
