Kyocera Panels

I am still planning the solar panel system on my C49. The panels will be mounted on a arch/bimini. I have a 24v house bank.

Should I use 2 24v 205w panels or 3 12v 135w panels? The dimensions are the same--59 x 78. I will be using the Outback MPPT controller.
