Is short term battery conditioning helpful?

I have 4 GPL 8DA Lifeline AGM batteries that are brought to float daily by my 560AH solar and 400 Watts wind generator. Lifeline suggests conditioning every 3 weeks for 4 hours if in regular usage. I can only equalize off of my generator which I only run to do laundry. Does 1 hour of equalizing a few times a week help, or does it need to run the full 4 hours at once to be effective?

Re: Is short term battery conditioning helpful?

Once it reaches equalizing voltage the effect is cumulative.
