Have sailed forever with 2 golf cart batteries/ little over 200 amps storage. No refrigeration but all the other bells and whistles that you mention. Before solar could go 2-4 days before charging needed. Added 260 watts of solar before leaving for Hawaii. Did not have to run the engine to charge the batteries on the 15 day sail despite more than 10 days of heavy overcast at the beginning. Batteries were getting down by the time the sun came out, but began charging back up as soon as it warmed up. Installing a smallish refrigerator so will add a couple more GC batteries to handle that load.
