Inverter for 63 Hatteras - 1987

I just acquired a 63 ft - 1987 wide body Hatteras. In my previous boats I had an inverter for a fridge, freezer and bilge pumps. I only need when we are moored for multiple days with no one on board. So I am thinking solar or wind while the boat is alone. Other time I would just flip on the generators a couple hours per day. Any thoughts? Thanks for your help.
