In DR can get T105 at $133. Good deal??

Currently lying Boca Chica, Dominican Republic and can get Trojan t105 for about $130US -- is that a good deal or should I wait and see what I can get in Puerto Rico - our next stop.

Do have to replace our 6 house batteries!

Any comments on the t105 as a good marine battery?

Need quick answer as we are waiting on a wx window to leave but will stay if it is worth it.

Not sure if the price is good compared to Puerto Rico but it is less than here - Victoria B.C.

As for quality they are Trojans best cycling battery and considered an industry standard.

The only complaint I have heard is the price.

About as good as I can get in the states. I would buy them now and not worry about saving $5 or $10 bucks.

If it makes you feel any better, I just paid 250 Australian (worth ~1.04 USD) each for T-105's in Hobart, Tasmania... and it took two weeks to get them!

got 6 and installed all - yes they were shipped march of 12 - and with a 2 year international guarantee - why so cheap - i asked and may be the gov't is subsiding some of it as electricity is very expensive down here
