Help with Kisae Power Inverter 1000

Anyone have any experience with the Kisae Power Inverter 1000? Unit is showing 13.5 coming in and zero coming out (I removed all appliances from the plugs) and it returns an E03 error message, stating that "the unit has sense overload or short circuit and was shutdown", with the corrective action being to reduce the load connected to the output ... but there's no load on the output so I'm really scratching my head at this point.

Anyone with any help or experience with these, it would be really appreciated. Even when I take the plug out of the back of the unit, and try to power it on with NOTHING connected, it still returns the same error...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I suspect there's an internal component problem and you're going to have to find a shop that has the parts and schematic and have them fix it.

Start by contacting the manufacturer. They may be able to fix it or recommend a shop that can.
