Help pls with solar panels

Gentlemen,

I need some help and advice here. I'm about to purchase a solar panel either kyocera or another brand but I can't figure out whether they all have bypass diodes or not and which model is fine for marine applications.

Since experience is the best teacher of all, is anybody out there who had a solar panel installed on his beloved boat and who can point me toward a good brand and model?

Thanx a lot and have the best sailing of all
