Help me find a charge controller

Would appreciate any help I can get. I have a Rutland 910 wind generator. It is an older, 24v, single phase model that works perfectly. All Rutland controllers are now 3 phase, single phase no longer built. I would like to use this to charge a large house bank of 12v batteries. Any suggestions on:
A. A 24 to 12 voltage reducer
B. Where I can find a single phase reg/ controller.
Thanks in advance

Belive it or not try E-Bay, a lot of sellers have both in thier stores. Just do a search for wind generator controllers.
