Great LED Light Fixture

I found a light by Sailor Solutions LED lighting, soundproof, Sailor's Solutions Inc. and installed 2 of them last night. All I can say is these are the best LED fixtures I've seen thus far. They throw a ton of light, actually more than the florescent I replaced from the previous owner and it's beautiful warm light dispersed so nicely a person would argue it's not LED. I'm ordering them for the remaining 2 main fixtures and as I type this can't help but notice the amp meter read under 1 amp with these two on when normally it would be reading 3 amps.

On another note, all our individual reading lights, berth lights etc are Sensibulb, these were to replace the full size fixtures throughout. In my opinion these are well worth the $$

Replacement 9" F6T5 LED Tube for Fluorescent Fixtures

Marine Beam 10" flourescent replacement. I have a bunch of these. PWM replecements. Toss the ballast and re-wire the old fixture and it will run this festoon. They are really great. I compared specs. They put out more with one bulb than the SAILOR SOLUTION and use less power.

The bulb in this fixture is marine beam, they also sell just a replacement bulb however I wanted to replace the entire dated looking fixture that had a yellowing plastic cover. I had contemplated getting just a bulb but figured I'd freshen up the boat a little and get the entire thing. I also decided to go with the warm white for less lumens but more pleasant lighting.

Thin Line - Interesting. I know you will enjoy this for a long time. Its curious why its specs their replacement bulb specs are so different.

BTW, I have IMTRA and Marine beam. It looks like they were made in the same factory. At the time, I happened to get a really good deal at the Strictly Sail Chicago show from Imtra for the cabin fixtures in bulk. There are a lot more players making good PWM replacements now than when we started researching this 5 years ago. Prices are about half now. Even a few good ones are showing up in Home Depot but you need to compare based on lumens per watt consumed. I think that many are using choke resistors and other junk tech to regulate current.
