Generator Sales

Hello all.

I am looking at fitting an 6 or 7 kw genny in my catamaran. I will fit it in Florida so I would like to purchase it in the US. Does anyone have a suggestion for a good supplier with good prices?

Thanks

Craig

Had a generator installed in our Shannon 35 earlier this year at Adams Electric Service in Miami and was satisfied with the service and price. They have a dock on the Miami River.

It is a little less power than you are looking for, but NextGen was willing to deal with us on a 5.5kw set. You deal with the company directly.

A 1500-1800rpm set rather than a 3000-3600rpm genset is way to go. heavier but much/much more reliable.
