The shore charger does not have to be connected to both battery banks. The ACR takes care of that. I would connect a single output from it to the house bank positive bus with the appropriate fuse.

I would also skip the solar switch - it is not necessary.

Yes, properly fused. It isn't there because the subject was switching.
