Freedom 40

Hi I am new to the site.
I own a 1980 Freedom A/C ,would like to know if any other owners have changed the water tanks and or fuel tanks,
The only reasonable way that I see to do it is to use bladders.
Any suggestions,
Also I am installing a rebuilt 50 HP Perkins, and have a question about the wires from the starter,I know one big one in the middle goes to the battery, but not sure about the the two small ones on each side.
