Experience with Eco-Worthy Solar Panels

Has anyone had experience with Eco-Worthy? They sell on eBay, obviously Chinese (as most all are these days), but warehoused in the US. They have 2-100 watt panels plus 400w wind generator for $522. I am wondering about the quality, reliability, and true output.
Please, looking for comments from people who know about this company, NOT a bunch of opinions about Chinese made products from people who have never used them.
Thanks

Re: Experience with Eco-Worthy Solar Panels

I have used the solar panels and have been very impressed for the price.
