Combined Wind and Solar PV Controller

Looking at adding 270 watts of PV to the charging system. I already have in place a D400 wind geny.
I am looking for a combined controller which has MPPT for the PV, but can also regulate the wind geny.
After a few phone calls, I had been pointed in the direction of this

From what I understand after reading the blurb, the D400 is basically connected direct to the battery bank (via switch and fuses). The Blue Sky controller which is monitoring the battery can then divert currenmt away from the battery to dump resistors in the event that the wind geny overcharges.

Has any one used this system, or can offer a better solution, any advice as always is appreciated, I have a basic grasp of electrics, but am certainly no expert
