Has anyone seen or tried one of these? I like to looks, the axial pm alternator seems like a good idea, claimed output better than air breeze, servicability similar to kiss......too good?

Interesting that "future" products include a MARINE version. This is clearly startup and not much track record. Right now it appears they are focused on the land market. Probably where the serious action could be found. They like to talk Kilowatt hours per month so it's clear they want the bigger chunk of the market. Can't blame them for that.

It seems, once again, marketing trumps engineering.

Interesting to note that they predict about 60 kW/Hrs per month output with 16.8 mph average undisturbed winds
[60,000 ÷ (24 x 30) = 83.33 Watts average output]
Whereas, they rate their output at 200 Watts (300W max), presumably at their rated windspeed of 28 mph.

This looks more like 40 - 80 Watt turbine, to me.

thanks gord, your math looks to be the same I use. The part that got me was the comparision graph of windspeeds vs. watts out.
