Charging Lead/Calcium Batteries

Is it true that Lead/Calcium batteries should be charged at up-to 0.5v greater voltage than Lead/Lead, Lead/Antimony etc., etc?

Re: Charging Lead/Calcium Batteries

Yes. Pb/Ca batteries are charged at a higher voltage. The last time I saw a data sheet from Deka, they specifically said that Pb/Ca batteries were not suited for house-battery usage in a boat.
