Brand of MPPT Charger and Where to Buy ( Online ) ?

Good afternoon,
With the support of this esteemed forum, this week I have decided on the purchase of 3 PV panels (Kyocera, 130 Wp each). Now, i need to purchase as well a MPPT charger (over here in Brazil, i cant find them), and so i want to purchase on line for delivery in the US.
Question: Can i ask for guidance to this forum on what is concidered a good brand (cost benfit) (I will need aprox. 40 amp), and what is a good store for on line purchase?
