They are 23mm without the pins, or 0.9"

They look like this and can also be found at Lowes. They are replacement bulbs and not fixtures. I found them in small display boxes in an isle removed from the lighting department (kind of stupid).

Not off hand - they were linked to in either this or another thread on LED's. They were exact, down to the details of the silk screening, components, and model numbers.
Yes, the ones I have are the Array model you mention. They have IC current regulator's on them. I can't guarantee they are PWM regulators, but they work very well and don't chirp rf.

Most of these are made to replace 10W bulbs, which are common halogen ones used in a lot of fixtures. I would need sunscreen if our fixtures had 20W bulbs.

Thanks. I just picked up one at Lowes for $8.98. Will give it a try when I return to the boat tomorrow.

Thanks. I did some googling on Imtra ILSPG4-10W and the best I could find was $18. So far the Imtra prices seem pretty outrageous.

If you want a real soft white, comparable to incandescent, you'll want a 3000K color temp or less. 2700K is comparable to a standards soft white incandescent bulb. Halogens are closer to 3000k.
I've tried/tested over 30 LED bulbs and the only ones that are actually what my wife likes, the ultimate arbiter of color temp on our boat, are rated at 2700K... 3500K is a bright white and with many "cheap" LED's a 3500K LED will be bordering on blue and will be rather cold..
LED bulbs are the snake oils of this century. Many manufacturers simply lie about color temp, lumens and beam width so what you get, buying on price alone, is a gamble. Marine Beam, Imtra, Sensibulb and a few others are quite reputable..

Pete,
That bulb is made in both an AC and DC version. Be sure you got the DC version.
The DC version is a: ADC10G4WW
The AC version is a: AAC10G4WW

Re: Best LED bulbs for the buck
We love our LunaSea bulbs. They bayonet bulbs were about $7.00 and the G-4's were about $9.00 each. The cool white bulbs suck but the warm whites are excellent. Their fixtures are overpriced however, 2 out of 3 have had problems.

Thanks. I did verify the Lowes sku number to be sure. It's the Lowes 0323782: Shop Array 10-Watt Equivalent Indoor Flood Light Bulb at Lowes.com

Thanks. These look like the g4 style at $16 each: High Power G4 Side Pin 6 LED, White 12VDC
Seems awful pricey

FWIW, I grabbed both AC and DC versions (didn't notice). They both work equally in the DC fixtures. Absolutely no difference that I can tell. I imagine the difference is simply a rectifier?
