I will make a comment or two. Yes, all in parrallel. One bank. However, on the starter, I do not agree on the echo for a cruising boat. I beleive in putting in a seperate charger, on its own, totally seperate system for the start battery. The day will come that your charger will fail. That is not all that uncommon. Other than that, I agree with everything above.

PS The cost of a small charger, like a Xantrex, is very small comparatively.

I will use the American term "Pacific North West," in Vancouver BC, you live on the south coast; having said that, the number of days with sunlight is appalling small compared to the rest of North America. I would love solar panels but I don't know if I would get my dollars worth out of our stingy sun.
